Vaclav Havel Tribute

Bohemian Citizen's Society of Astoria would like to honor the life, work and achievements of great thinker, playwriter, director and Czechoslovak and Czech president Václav Havel.

Please join us on Thursday, December 22, 2011, 8pm to listen to few words, lay the wreath and light the candles at his linden tree that he and his wife planted on September 9, 2000.

The photographic exhibition, documentary screaning and signing the condolence book will be opened to public until December 30, from 5pm to 8pm.
